Sportsmanship In Everyday Life

Sportsmanship is something that most people lack of. It is when you congratulate your opponents on their effort, or not brag if you won something competitive, but to show sportsmanship it does not always have to be in a sport, it can be in everyday life. For example if your friend gets a bad grade on a test, you could make fun of them because you got a better grade, but if you want to show sportsmanship you could encourage them to do better next time. Once, in football, we had worked very hard for the win and at the end of it the we shook hands and said good game, we did not taunt the other team and that's an example of good sportsmanship. You can also demonstrate in in p.e. like you could encourage others, play good for your team and you could not be a sore loser or a boasting winner. A new way you can demonstrate good sportsmanship is, you can help the other team if you think they have earned it, like you could tell them in hockey to not hit as hard and the puck won't fly as much.
